We’ve all been there before. Curled up in bed with a bad cold, head hurting and can’t breathe through your nose, only to realize you ran out of Tylenol and nasal spray. No one wants to drive to a store to pick up meds while they’re sick. With cold and flu season upon us, we thought it would be a good time to discuss the everyday and not-so-everyday items that everyone should have on hand.

Commonly used items:

  • Pain Relievers – Advil, Bayer
